Immigration New Zealand’s Client Complaint Resolution Process

Immigration NZImmigration New Zealand’s thanks everyone for their participation in and input into the recent review of INZ’s Client Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP), whether by way of completing our survey in February 2015 or by attending one of our consultation meetings in Auckland or Wellington.

The review has now been completed and INZ leadership have agreed in principle to the recommendations of the review report. INZ will now be moving to the planning stage as it considers how best to implement the recommendations.

Please note that until the new policy is fully designed and agreed to by INZ leadership, the current CCRP will continue to operate as normal.
